Return Policy
We hope you love your Phyto-C products. If you need to return something, here's everything you need to know:
Eligibility
Returns must be requested within 30 days of the purchase date. Only items purchased on Phyto-C.com are eligible for return through Phyto-C.com. Products purchased from a skincare professional's office or any other retailer must be returned to their original point of purchase.
Condition of Returned Items
Items must be unused and in their original packaging. You may open a product to inspect it, but products that have been opened and used are not eligible for return for health and hygiene reasons. This applies to all skincare and cosmetic products.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, email info@phyto-c.com. Upon approval, a return shipping label will be emailed to you. Products must be shipped back within 10 days of receiving your return label.
Refunds
Please allow 3 to 5 business days from delivery of the returned item for your refund to be processed. You will receive an email notification once your refund has been issued. Your bank or payment provider may require an additional 3 to 5 business days to post the transaction to your account. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment. If that payment method is no longer accessible or active, your refund will be issued as store credit. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except as stated in the EU Customers section below.
For EU Customers: Right of Withdrawal
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason. Please note that this 14-day withdrawal period runs within our standard 30-day return window, it does not add extra days on top of it.
How to exercise your right of withdrawal
To withdraw, click the "Cancel Order" button available on our website. Your notification must include your name and order details. We will send you a confirmation of your withdrawal request promptly by email.
Refund for EU customers
If you exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days, we will refund the full price of the product plus the original standard shipping cost. We will not refund the difference if you chose a delivery method more expensive than our standard option. The refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving your return.
Return shipping costs
We provide a prepaid return shipping label. Products must be returned within 10 days of receiving the label.
Hygiene exemption
Please note that skincare and cosmetic products that have been opened and used cannot be returned under the right of withdrawal for health and hygiene reasons. You may open a product to inspect it, but once it has been used, the right of withdrawal no longer applies.
Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in this Return Policy limits or excludes any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws, including EU consumer rights legislation. If you are an EU customer, your statutory rights under the laws of your country of residence are not affected by this policy.
