Return Policy

We hope you love your purchases, but if you need to return something, we're here to help.

Eligibility

Returns must be requested within 30 days of the purchase date. Only items purchased on Phyto-C.com are eligible for return through Phyto-C.com. Products purchased from a skincare professional's office or any other retailer must be returned to their original point of purchase.

Items must be in their original packaging. We do not process exchanges at this time.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, email info@phyto-c.com. Upon approval, a return shipping label will be emailed to you. Products must be shipped back within 10 days of receiving your return label.

Refunds

Please allow 3 to 5 business days from delivery of the returned item for your refund to be processed. You will receive an email notification once your refund has been issued. Your bank or payment provider may require an additional 3 to 5 business days to post the transaction to your account.

Refunds are issued to the original form of payment. If that payment method is no longer accessible or active, your refund will be issued as store credit.

Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.
