We hope you love your purchases, but if for any reason you do need to return something to us. Upon approval of Phyto-C Skin Care, your product(s) must be sent back within 10 days of receiving the shipping label.
Items received more than 30 days after purchase date may not be returned.
To return your product, please e-mail email@example.com and a return label will be emailed to you directly.
Only items purchased on Phyto-C.com can be returned to Phyto-C.com. Items purchased in a skincare professional's office or elsewhere must be returned to their original point of purchase.
Items must be returned it in its original packaging with the original packing slip within 30 days of purchase date. We do not process exchanges at this time.
Please allow 3-5 business days from when the item is delivered for your returned order to be processed. You will be notified via email at the email address listed on your account when your order was placed. Please note that your banking institution may require additional time to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us (typically 3-5 business days).
We can only issue a refund to the original form of payment used at the point of purchase. In the event you no longer have access to this account or it is no longer active, we will then process your refund in the form of a check mailed to the address in your customer profile, which can take 4-6 weeks to process. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.

What is Diversion?
Diversion is when products are sold in unauthorized places. For example, all genuine Phyto-C products are sold exclusively through authorized Phyto-C Skin Care professional partners, on www.phyto-c.com, or through an authorized online retailer. Phyto-C Skin Care products that you find outside of these places are considered to be diverted.
Why is Diversion Bad?
Diverted products can be counterfeit, diluted formulas, old, or expired formulas that may not be safe to use. This means if you buy our products from any other outlet other than an authorized retailer, we cannot guarantee that they are authentic Phyto-C Skin Care products that will perform as tested.
Who is Diverting Products?
Products are diverted by unauthorized distributors and other dishonest individuals who seek profit in piracy.
What Can I Do to Help Stop Diversion?
If you see our products displayed on websites for abnormally low prices and discounts, don't risk it, don't buy it! If you see a Phyto-C product for sale outside an authorized Phyto-C retailer, please send us an e-mail to email@example.com with the city, state and name of the location where you saw the products. You can also call 1-877-4-PhytoC to report diverters. We will conduct a full investigation.
Anti-Diversion Procedures and Policies
- Exclusive product coding is used to track the movement of Phyto-C products. This is the method for tracing products to industry diverters.
- Ongoing intelligence procedures are in place to further uncover diversion schemes, including those involving misuse of the Internet.

Q: What is the shelf life of the products?
A: Any vitamin C product has an estimated 1-year shelf life. (depending on how it is stored) we recommend keeping it in the refrigerator or in a cool, dark place. We recommend using our products within 3-6 months after opening. If you find that your product has discoloration or an unusual odor, our customer care team is here to assist you.
Non vitamin C products have an estimated 2-year shelf life.
Q: Are your products safe to use during pregnancy?
A: The main ingredient customers ask about during pregnancy is Retinol (Vitamin A). Most women will not use products that contain Vitamin A while pregnant. However, we always advise you check with your primary care doctor.

Sound kind of confusing? Let's take an example: let's say you had previously spent $50 towards a 'spend $100, earn 500 points' promotion, and you decide to buy a $20 item, which bumps you up to $70. If you decide to return that item, your progress would also go back down to $50 – it's just like you hadn't bought the item in the first place.
