What is the shelf life of the products?

Any vitamin C product has an estimated 1-year shelf life (depending on how it is stored). We recommend keeping it in the refrigerator or in a cool, dark place. We recommend using our products within 3-6 months after opening. If you find that your product has discoloration or an unusual odor, our customer care team is here to assist you.

Are your products safe to use during pregnancy?

The main ingredient customers ask about during pregnancy is Retinol (Vitamin A). Most women will not use products that contain Vitamin A while pregnant.  However, we always advise you check with your primary care doctor.

Are your products cruelty free?

Yes, the whole line Is cruelty free.

Where are your products made?

Phyto-C is a family owned and operated business located in Elmwood Park, NJ. All our products are crafted locally in house and by hand.

How can I stay up to date on the latest products and promotions?

Can coupon codes be combined?

No. In order to protect ourselves from possible scams and fraudulent activity, we do not currently allow offer stacking. Our promotional offers may not be used with other coupons or promotions. This goes for our rewards program, sms marketing club and any site-wide promotions we may be running. 

What is the minimum subtotal amount for me to be able to apply my Rewards Coupon Code?

As of right now, the minimum subtotal in the cart has to be $70. That goes for $10, $15, $20, and $25 rewards.*

How can i earn points?

You can earn points by participating in any of our innovative promotions! Simply click on the 'Earn Points' tab to view and take part in our current opportunities. In addition, make sure to check back often, as we're adding great new ways for you to earn points all the time!

Glad you asked! We want to make it easy and fun to redeem your hard-earned points. Just visit the 'Get Rewards' tab to view all of our exciting reward options.

How do I redeem my points?

Exchanging your points for great rewards couldn't be easier! Simply visit the 'Get Rewards' tab to view all of our great reward options and click the 'Redeem' button to redeem your reward.

How do I check my points balance?

Your up-to-date points balance is always displayed in the top of this popup.

Does it cost anything to begin earning points?

Absolutely not! Sign up is 100% free, and it will never cost you anything to earn points. Make sure to visit the 'Earn Points' tab to get started.

Do i have to enroll or register in individual promotions?

Once you register for an account, you're all set – we don't require you to register for individual promotions in order to be eligible. Just fulfill the requirements of a promotion, and we'll post the points to your account immediately!

How long will it take for points to post to my account?

You should receive points in your account instantly once you complete a promotion!

Do my points expire?

Nope! Your points will never expire.

What happens to my points if i make a return?

When you return an item, you lose the associated credit you originally earned by buying the item in the first place.
Sound kind of confusing? Let's take an example: let's say you had previously spent $50 towards a 'spend $100, earn 500 points' promotion, and you decide to buy a $20 item, which bumps you up to $70. If you decide to return that item, your progress would also go back down to $50 – it's just like you hadn't bought the item in the first place.

Do you offer free shipping?

Orders above $200 USD get free ground shipping within the U.S.

What is your shipping Policy?

Shipping rates will vary depending on a few different factors, some of which include:

• Domestic vs International shipments

• Total weight of package

• Selected shipping method

• You will receive your tracking details when your order has been processed and ready for collection from the courier. Please allow 24 hours for your tracking number to activate.

Domestic Delivery Time - Standard Shipping (UPS)

• Orders shipped within the U.S. can be expected within 3-5 business days. See map of transit times below.

• Please note standard shipping does not include weekends and holidays. For quicker delivery, expedited shipping is available.

• Phyto-C Skin Care is not responsible for delays in delivery due to events beyond our control, including shortage of materials, labor strikes, transportation failures or acts of nature.

• International orders are usually packed and ready to ship in 1 to 3 business days.

• Shipments are subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates. 

• Some countries may be required to pay tax & duties upon arrival which will be applied by your local customs office. 

• International orders are subject to the receiving country's import fees, duty, taxes and/or brokerage fees. These fees are not paid to Phyto-C Skin Care nor are they set by Phyto-C Skin Care rather they are paid to and set by your country's government as per import/export regulations and charged by your local postal carrier. Funds are due upon receipt in accordance with your local import and postal regulations.

If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, insufficient address, abandoned package or refused package, you are responsible for the original shipping cost. This amount will be deducted from your order.

What is your Returns Policy?

We hope you love your purchases, but if for any reason you do need to return something to us. Upon approval of Phyto-C Skin Care, your product(s) must be sent back within 10 days of receiving the shipping label.


• Items received more than 30 days after purchase date may not be returned.

• To return your product, please e-mail and a return label will be emailed to you directly or you may initiate a return here Phyto-C Returns Center

• Only items purchased on can be returned to

• Items purchased in a skincare professional's office or elsewhere must be returned to their original point of purchase.Items must be returned in the original packaging within 30 days of purchase date.

• We do not process exchanges at this time. If the item is returned after 30 days and/or is not in its original packaging, a 15% restocking fee will be applied.

• Please allow 3-5 business days from when the item is delivered for your returned order to be processed. You will be notified via email at the email address listed on your account when your order was placed. Please note that your banking institution may require additional time to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us (typically 3-5 business days).

• We can only issue a refund to the original form of payment used at the point of purchase. In the event you no longer have access to this account or it is no longer active, we will then process your refund in the form of a check mailed to the address in your customer profile, which can take 4-6 weeks to process. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.

• Phyto-C Skin Care reserves the right to deem return items non-refundable if more than what we consider a reasonable amount of product is used, or missing.


When requesting to return items, you must have proof of purchase, such as your order number or a copy of your receipt. In most cases, we will also request photos of the item(s) in question for our records, especially if the item is damaged. If you have thrown away your proof of purchase and/or the items you are hoping to exchange or be refunded for, we unfortunately cannot accommodate your request. In order to assist you, the items must still be in your possession, since we may need you to return them to us.
